You unlock Omnisoul when you achieve rank Soulmaster (the 6th rank) on any stat. You unlock more skills and the ability to invest more points in those skills as you level up in those stats. SUPER and MEGA abilities can be different depending on the skill, but most are just a damage modifier.
The active skills have a SUPER (unlocks at level 3) and a MEGA (unlocks at level 5) ability. In the skill tree, the skills are divided into the 5 stats and into active (large square) and passive (smaller circle) skills. Once you hit 0, the ring activates and leaves you at 1 HP.
